Petit presents: Fantastic Fall Foliage with the Young Naturalists

2:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Event Details

Have you ever wondered why leaves change color in the fall? Do you enjoy looking at the bright oranges, reds, and yellows of the leaves this time of year? If you are interested in fall leaves, join the Young Naturalists on Saturday October 16 at 2:30 p.m. for a program on Fantastic Fall Foliage! Meet outside on the library patio to learn about the science of chlorophyll and local tree leaf identification, and to make some leaf rubbing art. You won’t be-leaf what you can learn from the trees!
